I bring over 15 years of experience across leadership development, event strategy, consulting, and organizational culture work. I’ve partnered with corporate teams, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and community leaders — and I’ve led from both the front and behind the scenes.
My academic background includes:
A Bachelor’s degree in Communication
An MBA, with a focus on leadership and organizational effectiveness
But just as important as formal education is lived experience.
I come from a background that values service, discipline, and excellence. I’ve built teams, led initiatives, launched movements, and walked leaders through moments where clarity wasn’t optional — it was necessary.
